How do centuries relate to pieces of stone with a circle on it? The artist in this case challenges a meditation on the circular and the rocky nature of separated segments. The circular is evidently the nature of time expressed in a single symbol. The fact that modern man neglects the cyclic of time justifies the expression . That this expression is caught in a chaos of dispersed pieces and named to the twentieth century does remind of the debris all warfare made in this century. It criticizes, but also comforts: each piece is of the same order of time although we fragmented it evidently. The conclusion: cyclic time is indestructible as the stones but ran into the fragmentation and rubble of the postwar period.
