To most christian philosophers the creation meant that also time was created and thus is finite. Accordingh to rev. 21:6-6 is Jesus the alfa and the omega, the beginning and the end, and thus also the end of time. The world thus operates according a certain plan to the principles of Goodness, Justice, Virtue, Reason, Being, Life and Wisdom. According these principles are Time and Place, tempus and locus, shaping the material world thus bringing about cause and effect (effectus causarum). The end of time is depicted by Jesus drawing the curtain. Someday the show will be over, then no Lord can be seen and all time has ended.
