N.B.: for this leap year  2020  the leaping procedure has been altered.
Leaping is now done at the beginning of the Cakra year (dec 23 of previous civil year )
and not at the end, as was done in the years before since 2000, when we started with this calendar.
The calendar is now more in pace with the natural necessity to leap.
